Here's a Boujad runner that's perfect for Fall! It features a pattern of various size diamonds and a range of brown and jewel tone colors. This runner is a special treat for its rare skinny size (2.5' x 10') Hand selected in Morocco, Dark Horse is a very unique find and a true work of art.
ABOUT MOROCCAN RUGS:
Each vintage Moroccan rug is hand woven and knotted by Berber women of the tribe specified. This level of craftsmanship can take weeks to complete a single rug. Weaving techniques have been passed down through the generations. The patterns, designs, and colors in each rug vary from rug to rug, woman to woman, tribe to tribe – so each piece is truly a unique work of art and 2 pieces will never be the same. Often these rugs have been passed though the families who created them, and have been uncovered from the mountain and rural areas of Morocco.
COLORS/MATERIALS: Red and brown alternating background with accents of yellow, blue, green, purple, auburn and light pink. Hand woven cotton and wool.
