ABOUT THE MAKER:

California based ceramicist Alex Marshall started her journey with ceramics back in 2000. Since then, her company and product line has grown and she offers an array of tableware, vases, and lighting. Alex Marshall Studios main theme is the notion of one in many, repeating the same form over and over but with varying results. From shaping to firing and glazing each step is an opportunity to create slight nuances. Each piece is uniquely different from the next, embracing that each item is as individual as the people using them. All of Alex’s ceramics mold comfortably to the human hand, literally connecting the artist to the collector.
